She is especially skilled in leading, influencing, coaching and leveraging cross-functional teams to high performance. Prior to working with Cambia Worldwide Clemson spent nearly 6 years with Cisco Systems managing  Business Operations and Strategic Planning teams,  first in Technical Services (post-sales customer support)  and later in Workplace Resources (corporate real estate and employee services) . Other corporate experience has included Tandem Computers, Bell Canada’s Computer Communications Group and Canada Life Assurance.
